How to make Ricotta Cheese at home

I'm so into cheese. Cheese is my best food ever, and among them, one of my favorite cheese is Ricotta Cheese. I found it very simple and easy to make my own ricotta cheese home (very handy), and it is cost-effective if you make it at home rather than buy them! I make ricotta cheese two times a week on average and have it with salad together. It just makes the perfect combination.

I found it really interesting that a lot of people are afraid to make cheese at home. They believe it is 'challenging'. I got to know this when I was on Skype with my Berkeley friends (I've known them for almost 2 years now). As I told them that I am making ricotta cheese these days, all of them were very surprised (kinda shocked, too). Then I promised I will try to make a video and share with them. And I actually did!

During self-quarantine, rather than sticking to the same boring routine, I highly recommend you to make ricotta cheese at home with only three ingredients. Milk, Cream and Lemon juice!
